Apple launched its "buy now, pay later" service Wednesday. The program allows people to make four payments on a product over six weeks with no interest. The Verge's weekend news editor Emma Roth discusses with Anne-Marie Green and Vlad Duthiers.

This is targeted to low-income people. Unfortunately I see a lot of bounced debit transactions and the banks will charge fees if you don't have the money in your bank account.
