I love this teacher, these kids won’t realize how truly awesome he is untill they get a little older. He doesn’t realize how deep he is touching his students even when they don’t know how to show it. Sir thank you so much for teaching us our generation im32 of the evil that took place.

Thanks for the video. I toured the Krakow ghetto last year, and it was a very sad and sobering experience.

It's great that your teaching younger people about WWII. My grandfather served in the 101st Airbourne and fought from Normandy to the end of the war. He would never talk about liberating Dachu. I find that most younger people little or no knowledge of WWII or what it was about.

Julius Madritsch needs more recognition like Oskar Schindler got. He saved more Jews than Schindler.

I think that the reason why a movie was made about Oscar Schindler and not Julius Madritsch is because Schindler was a more exotic enigmatic sort of a character. That made for a more interesting plot.

Yeah, I'm also surprised that Roman Polanski was also a Holocaust Survivor too. My heartfelt prayers go to Roman and his family, Julius, Schindler, and Tadeusz from Pakistan.

I've watched a lot of the USC Shoah Foundation interviews with the survivors and a few of them said anti-semitism was ingrained in Poland in the wartime. Another said of a Ukrainian soldier "The Ukrainians were WORSE than the German Nazis".

I think they didn’t make a film about Julius Madritsch because he was austrian, not german. Even though Hitler himself was austrian too, not german, I think Schindlers list was about showing not all Germans were bad people. There was a little light of hope even amongst Germans.. Because, since Madritsch appeared in Schindlers list it means Spielberg knew about him, yet chose to make a story about the German gut. Maybe also, because he was close with Amon Göth, and it’s about both of their stories.

This is so sad . I feel so bad for all of the people who were put in this. I watched all of this and I am crying. Because it's so wrong. Why didn't anyone stop this. Are there movie's about all of the people who helped to? And what is the name of the movie ?
