@@inspiredtothrive can u do a video on like the type of shoes you wear, the way you stay hydrated, can u bring a cooler or frozen water bottles, I am in Texas and it gets hot! some of these things would be helpful! Thanks

Aye good for you man. I'm still waiting for NACI to clear my background (submitted the end of july) but I'm hearing I should be cleared in the next few weeks or so. Until then, thanks for sharing your new journey and I'll continue to watch for inspiration. 👌👍

How long did it take from your application time to your orientation date?

@@jeremypease6191 I want to say it took about 5 weeks or so… maybe a little longer. It felt like it took forever.

@@inspiredtothrive I did my fingerprints almostn2nweeks ago and still no date. My postmaster has even called to ask if I have heard anything. They haven't even contacted about drug test or anything else yet.

@@jeremypease6191 There's no drug testing anymore. I would encourage you to continue being patient. But also, continue pursuing other opportunities. Assuming you need to find something sooner than later. Hopefully they will contact you soon bro! Best of luck to you. I'll say a prayer for you.

I wouldn’t say that I am enjoying it. But, I do have a better understanding of the role and responsibilities. It took some getting used to. The culture isn’t the best. But that’s to be expected (unfortunately) in most companies. I’ve been fortunate to work for organizations that had good cultures and not so good cultures. My thing is… staying positive and blocking out the “noise/negativity”. I refuse to buy into any negative culture. 💯

I resigned after I finished my academy they even came in and made me a T6.The writing was on the wall though 12/13 hour day+Amazon Sunday floating day off. If you have kid and a wife or you don’t want to be a work slave, this job isn’t for you!!

@@GustavoHernandez-om4em No they try to sale you how good it is. Just like this guy on here called CCA NIck how good the 💰 is etc not!!!! Me being a slave for $21.90 and treated like shit from the supervisors while they roll up in Tesla and the arrogance spewing out why they walk by telling you four or five hours of mandatory overtime fuck that.

@@dkk-lb1kpovertime is where you make your money.. You will never get anywhere in life working 40 hours a week. I don’t care what profession you choose. Anyone that’s successful works a lot more than 40 hours a week..
