Bro, the declaration syntax that you've showed is called as K&R syntax, and is now obsolete that new compilers complain about its use. However though, your videos are extremely enlightening, thank you for all this great work.

in the case of 4th rmd the rightmost E is replaced by id instead of E+E. but in the other cases we replaced E by id atlast,so i didn't get that part.

About the last one I ma not sure if it was ambiguous since the way you described two parse tree at the last one derivation RR ,it was concatenation so if you replace the first R with (a+b) then using distribution property it should come aR+bR this is what I have doubt at it ,if any one knows please clear me

Suppose for example, position = initial + rate * 60 is the code given to lexical analyser. So why doesn't the analyser doesn't give attribute value to the tokenization for the operator to put in the symbol table?
