@@RobinBlamires Alright I'm sorry. It's just that every time I find a Live & Kicking clip from 2000 and 2001 before the show ended I see comments of people saying they prefer the older series than the last series which does make me very sad because I loved the last series and nobody can force me to dislike it.

@@meridian2000 Thought you were being sarcastic at first. Jacob is clearly the child who never grew up if he preferred L&K over SMTV. Entitled to his opinion but he should know he's in the minority then and now because L&K's final years were diabolically unwatchable and the ratings reflected that, being regularly trounced by ITV's offering. And after A&D left, SMTV began a drawn out decline. My own memory of L&K's nadir is one week when they opened a show with an old clip they had dug from the L&K archives of Ant and Dec where the boys said L&K was "the best show on TV" (or words to that effect.) Making it seem they preferred and were promoting L&K rather than their own hit show. A gross, mean spirited and low act for a BBC show. This clip would probably have originally come from an appearence to promote a song or something from pre-SMTV. Perhaps Robin knows the clip I refer to?

@@MusicFanatical1 Only just seen this. They definitely played a “Miss It Miss Out” trail from the duo on Steve and Emma’s first show. That’s probably how confident (or naive) L&K was.
