As I mentioned in my last video, the CDC usually diagnoses people with genital herpes when they have an active outbreak and can test a culture from the outbreak to determine what type of breakout it exactly is.
If you had a blood test and it revealed that your IGG numbers are revealing that you are testing positive for genital herpes but you are asymptomatic (which means you aren’t showing any symptoms or outbreaks in regards to genital herpes), it can mean that you are indeed a carrier of the virus and you’ve just never shown any symptoms, or that you received a false positive from your blood test.
