Cedar Point Day Two Vlog June 2019

Күн бұрынJoin us as we return to Cedar Point for a second day during our 2019 USA road trip! In this vlog we check out some of the other rides that we didn't get chance to experience on day one including Iron Dragon, Skyhawk and many more awesome attractions!
Along with that we also check out some of the live entertainment on offer at Cedar Point including a new themed experience that's just opened in 2019. Forbidden Frontier features various different scenes along with actors throughout. In this vlog we also check out some of the other flat & transportation rides on offer at one of our favourite amusement parks in the world!

I actually just heard (I could be wrong) that America is one of the only places that has stop signs. Most places use traffic lights on their busy roads, and on non busy roads you just look to see if someone is coming.

Thanks so much for sharing this Vlog. I grew up going to Cedar Point every summer as I live about 2 hours away. I haven’t been in 10 years due to some health issues. I loved seeing everything again. Some things are exactly the same. I remember all the amazing memories. I’m so happy you love this park. I look froward to your visit next year.

Three days plus staying at hotel breakers is the money for a cedar point trip imo. It’s so nice being able to pop back to your room in the afternoon

@@ThemeParkWorldwide We stayed at Hotel Breakers for two nights. And I have to say, it is one of the best hotels in a theme park, on par with the Europa Park Hotels. Not so heavily themed, but it has a nice and relaxed atmosphere. We loved it!

once again you've outdone yourself shawn and alex.i live on wash state i've never been to cdr pt i've watched loads of videos of the park however your vids of cedar pt top all others!the drive at the beginning of part 2 where you drive behind the park was out of this world! noone ever has done that to my knowledge !! thanks so much fellas!!all your vids are superior to all other theme park channels on youtube!!!

When I went I stayed at Hotel Breakers and took that drive to the back a few times from leaving to get food and stuff and it’s AMAZING to see all those coasters going and at late at night when all the coasters have their lights on.

When you come back next year make sure to schedule it around Coaster Mania. Its always the first Friday in June. It’s a great experience plus you will get a boat ride around the peninsula with incredible views.

You can head to Holiday World for Holiwood Nights around then too, and experience the incomparable brakeless ERT on The Legend and The Voyage!

Nice to hear you're going over in 2020! I'll be there 25th-27th September...........hoping to actually get to ride Top Thrill Dragster this time........came over from Australia in 2005 for two days, was down the whole time!!! This time I'm hedging my bets, going to Six Flags Great Adventure as well, so hopefully both Top Thrill Dragster and Kingda Ka won't both be down?!!!! Great vlogs...........xx

Few people know that chicken strips/nuggets contain all the vitamins and nutrients necessary to sustain life. It's totally true! Well, the park looked nice; that's quite a skyline. We did get a cable car ride, and a Ferris wheel, and for once I was happy to see the show.

Really enjoyed this episode . You all seem happy and in the zone . Exploring beyond the coasters . Frontier land looked nice .That’s amazing to have your top 3 coasters in one park . Did I understand that right or did you mean your top 3 of cedar point . Can’t wait for Dollywood . I will say, I hope you have a few days planned in 2020... The things that Cedar Point have unveiled for 2020 are insane. Plus, I'd love to meet you again, like I did back at Steel Vengeance back in 2018. Speaking for the other "Sandusky locals," we have loved it when you come to our pride and joy! Forbidden Frontier is apparently getting an entirely new story each year... Especially with the interaction with the return of the old boat ride that used to maneuver the canals around it. Knowing some of your tastes, I think that ride will be something you absolutely adore.

Get a fast pass next year. It’s worth it. I still love Raptor but Steel Vengeance did not disappoint! The demon drop was something back in the day. Put some pennies on your knees and watch em fly! Keep riding! Love from Ohio!

I haven't been to Cedar Point since Halloweekend 2007.. I need to plan a 3-day trip here next year. I took a trip with my family to Marblehead, OH in 2017, and you can see Cedar Point from the edge of the town where the famous Marblehead Lighthouse is. It's pretty cool! Next year should should take a short trip there before heading to CP. Thanks for the awesome vlog. 👍😊 Edit: I am surprised you guys didn't ride Matterhorn or Super Himalaya.. I love those kinds of flat rides and I remember one of them(Matterhorn?) go pretty fast

When you come back to Cedar Point, as you're walking down the Frontier Trail, pull on the Outhouse door, it will tell you to get out of here! That would be good for filming for your vlog!

Forbidden Frontier is truly fantastic. My daughter and I spent four hours in there getting engrossed in the story. We were finding hidden clues, cracking safes and bustin’ someone out of jail with “TNT.” I was literally running back and forth throughout the area. It’s great to walk around in but even better if you use your imagination and allow yourself to be part of the story.

The Cedar Point Intamin's tend to be mechanical nightmares. Ride them if you see them open because you are not sure when they will go down next.

They usually have a enthusiast weekend sometime during the year. I am not sure, but I think the bag policy may be different on that weekend.

I know you would plan more rest days for future trips. I'd say if it's going to be driving past midnight, just stop for the night and have a chill day. Maybe eat at a local restaurant or go to the store and find stuff that you can't get back home. Publix Fried chicken and cookies are great.

I was so busy that I missed yesterday’s vlog and had to catch up. I’m so glad to see you back to cedar point and Alex is enjoying the visit. Iron Dragon was my first coaster as a kid, the nostalgia hits. Some of my best memories are there, lots of firsts and favorites. Was King’s Dominion on the trip itinerary? Interested to see your thoughts on Dominator. I grew up 10 minutes from Geauga Lake and I’m glad the ride wasn’t scrapped.

I left school at 16 and started working at Alton Towers. This is where I saved up and continued to grow my KZfaq channels!

Last year, I came here for the first time, in late July, and there was almost no one there because it was supposed to rain, and I was able to get on all of the coasters, and spend little time at the water park. The only unfortunate thing was Millennium Force got stuck on the lift with me next in line.

Weirdly I found it reminded me of a larger Thorpe Park ;) definately going when we can travel again... It took me 2 days just to do the coasters, I didn't do many of the flats in my 3 day visit.

Great videos. It would be interesting to see how you went on planning for this trip. Are tickets sold in advance? How much is planned or just winged, etc. And I'm sure it's not cheap either? park tickets vs season passes?

The ferris wheel is not something that i would recommend. I got in line with almost no one in the line at 10:50 PM (park closed at 11:00 PM) and I ended up getting off of it at 11:30 PM. We were just going round and round forever

Question? With the recent ride failure in india which claimed 2 lives RIP. Have you ever been on a ride that malfunctions/fails or performs a saftey stop mid ride? Here in australia im sure you heard of the 4 deaths on the thunder river rapids ride at dreamworld on the gold coast? Also another near miss was a ride called the green lantern at movieworld on the gold coast which saw a train partially derail and hang off the track thankfully occupants were rescued without major injuries.

Hey, I was at the park this day and I saw you guys as I was heading out after the final train of the night on SV. I decided not to say hi though because you guys seemed to be saying your goodbyes outside the magnum exit and I didn't want to interrupt anything, but maybe ill meet you guys next year, and I cant wait to see the rest of the vlogs

100% a park I need to get to in the future!! Knowing my love of B&M wingriders (the swarm is in my top 3 coasters) and Black Mamba sits at number 4!! So I reckon Gatekeeper will end up ranking very high up in my coaster rankings!! Question is though is it a back row ride??

Is there any ride at Cedar Point you really didn’t like? I’m curious because you seemed to enjoy the ones that are traditionally disliked.

I really enjoy most of the coasters at Cedar Point, of course I have my favourites but there's some of the best rides in the world at this park in my opinion!
