The biggest issue here. They never turned the power off at the breaker. That’s a no no! Not to smart guys. Otherwise, nice description. TURN OFF POWER!..

You described it as black and white but there was only 2 black wires coming from the switch. I didnt see black to black. Wrong..

maybe you didn't see how the black and black from the switch hook up , watch again

@@dustyguy 4:50 you connect what clearly looks like a black to white. 5:30-5:50 you do and say it again. You connect a black to white wire, yet explain you're supposed to connect black to black.

I see what your saying, The wires were painted white , I did not scrape the paint off the wire to show the wire color. I see the confusion your talking about. Next time I'll take notice of that. Thanks for noticing that and for your comments
