If you don't train your employees well so they represent your company's quality and integrity, you will fail. Can't fear that if you train your employees very well that they will go start their own business. Most don't if their employers treat them well, respect and appreciate their hard work and commitment and also pay them well. Glad to see a woman succeeding in a mostly male dominated trade.

I was always taught to train everyone as best as you possibly could. People say, well what happens if you train them and they leave? The real question is, what happens if you don't train them and they stay? 🤔😒😕🤷❓❓

Plus, it you have the kind of attitude that would lead you to not train them, they will leave anyway. And they would be right to do so.

Fantastic comment ! Only insecure managers don't train their employees. And if you're a small business with a standout employee, have a plan to retain them. An ownership share can go a long way
