There’s a paper crane on the table and it implies one of three possibilities : One, it’s still there from when Shayne made one in an older video; Two, someone else knows how to fold origami; The third and my favorite possibility, Shayne is sneaking on set in the middle of the night and planting origami cranes in various locations like a ninja

I think that the first option is most likely, since IIRC they're doing multiple sketch segments in a 'smosh pit' day , editing them, and putting them out on different days interspersed with other video types likely made on other days.
