Only thing is that there is so many different models of cars you would have to much money in hardware to make any money I like it tho but just to many steps I could we if this was an exotic car then all well worth the effort

As the founder and managing director of AI mundon Essex in 1966 i had a wonderfull working relationship with Germain Celette when i first met him i asked why did u develop the bench and brackets he said when the car manufacturers produced thd monoqoque construction he knew there would be repair problems The rest is history modern Lazer, measuring and Electronic systems are withe right training accurate But, jig brackets are the ultimate there is no doubt also with the right training,the only way,Germain knew it in 1954 many have tried to copy him CELETTE BENCH AND BRACKETS Germain said repair the car the way it was made he was absolutely right Can u afford it u Cannot Afford not to Special Note At AI mundon i would not allow any sealing or sraying whilst the vehicle was on the Brackets The Research and develment team at Celette carry on your fantastic work 1954 2022 Celette still the BEST

With the right collision tech, experience on a Celette bench, having all the jigs and proper welding equipment, the alignment can't go wrong. Celette frame bench is one of the best out there but very costly, you have to have all the jigs for the model vehicle that your working on. On this particular job they took no shortcuts every structural panel that was damaged was replaced. In the real world 90% of collision shops take shortcuts. Great clip...

Thank you Jazz for your great comment on our products. Nevertheless I would like understand how you can say it is very costly. If you compare to some sweden brand, or Italian brand, we are 20 to 40 % cheaper. If you have a bodyshop and need some help and normal prices, I recommend you to contact directly our company, you will be impressed by a very reasonnable cost compare to some others.

@@Celette You're correct ! A production collision shop that has the clientele for these types of vehicle shouldn't be concern with price. If there's a need for top shelf equipment in order to increase production, then by all means go for it...

@@Jazzhog In 2022 it’s very difficult to get paid to properly repair even moderately damaged European cars. Salvage values are so high, that everything totals, especially aluminum vehicles. We have become very proficient at charging insurance companies for our time on total losses. Often times we make far more on a total than we would repairing the car. Sad but true, 20 years ago we fixed everything.

I worked on Celette jigs for over 10 years when i was working as a panel beater. Best jigs i ever used,better than Blackhawk,Car Bench and Car-O-Liner.

It is a brave person that invests in high end body repair shop tech these days, insurers want to hammer you on rates, dictate where you buy your parts and want a discount on parts, they are in the driving seat more than ever given the extortionate salvage values, leaning them to write off vehicles to readily, you only have a chance with very high value cars and customers who will not part with their cars, which is a rarity in this world of characterless cars. Surprises me how many use alignment systems such as Celette who lack understanding, even the basics of always reverse the accident damage, the best way is pulling it while it is complete without it being stripped and in exactly the reverse direction(s) to get it close and then strip and pull for the final reset, any other method and your chasing your tail with unrealised surprises along the way.

I bet this guy is not in the UK, if he was the job would take forever, he would have been on his mobile phone NON STOP, drink ten cups of tea, half an hour in the toilet than, another half hour to have sandwich, and then he might actually start work. я конечно не специалист в кузовщине,но такое повреждение наши кузовщики молотками выбьют за три -четыре часа особо не напрягаясь при этом

Вы абсолютно правы, 2 часа более чем достаточно. Тогда у вас будут руки с катящейся бомбой, которая может разрушить всю жизнь семьи из-за ремонта молотка.

Akeem, the system in this video is for dedicated jigs. SO it means that for each car you will have 1 set of jigs dedicated for one brand. The celete is very accurate but something I saw that was not ok was his use of zinc weld through or 1k primer over the bare substrate before sealing. Sealer must have a 2k primer under it. Other than that insurance may want accuracy but the flip their lid if you tell them you need to remove and install the entire engine compartment to section a rail and fender rail and replace a core support.

Does it have Overhead measuring like Global jigs, also fixed brackets are crap you can't pull on them.

You consider you canot pull on other bench, you are right. With Celette if you apply a 10 tons pulling on 3 jigs or 3 universal jigs, the jigs will not move.
