Celtic Worship is a collective of some of Scotland’s most talented folk musicians who craft worship from a unique standpoint, blending traditional and contemporary Christian music with the sounds of their native roots. Initially coming together as a one-off band for an event in 2017, Celtic Worship have since become established trailblazers in the Celtic Christian sphere; revisiting old hymnal treasures and writing new Scottish ecclesiastical music marked by the sound of their cultural and historical context. The band is composed of musicians from many different backgrounds and styles, including Steph Macleod, Mhairi Marwick, Scott Wood, Gus Stirrat, Naomi Stirrat, Ifedade Thomas and Chris Amer. The amalgamation of these distinct musical personalities and range of genres crowned with the unifying love of God makes up the standout sound marked by fellowship revealed in Celtic Worship’s expression. Their mission is to combine their artistry as professional musicians with their deep love of Jesus and passion for sharing it through meaningful music. Celtic Worship have grown in the worship sphere far beyond their land, touring Scandinavia and reaching much of Europe with their rustic and complex sonority infused with the powerful sound of bagpipes, whistles, and fiddle.

Thank you for this song. I've been fighting crippling depression lately and along with the precious word of God, this song brings me so much hope and peace. Beautiful song, beautiful vocals, beautiful musicianship, beautiful people. God bless you Celtic Worship.

I fought and renounced fear and depression this morning! Kicking it out for it has no place in a Believer’s heart! The Lord lifted my thoughts from that for His Presence is what I want , not that of satan’s temptation to negative thinking and moods! I pray for you three. Remember Psalm 121 and let the words penetrate your minds and hearts for our Savior is kind and will care of us. Keep in prayer and He will never let you fall when you cast out temptation to worry or fret. Seek too the company of other Christians. They will pray for you and their company is always encouraging. Do not continue being alone. FOR RICK PARKER: Ask Jesus to find you a church where you can belong. Your most delightful friend is Jesus, but He does not want you to be without friends. Take heart for you have Salvation and Jesus is just an instant away when you need Him. God bless and keep you and others who write here. ❤

This world is depressing, this current evil world, as the Bible states it is, but our comfort is the gospel message and Jesus Christ and He went away to send His Comforter, who is The Holy Spirit, and He indwells all, who are truly saved. Turn yourself from the world and towards Jesus Christ and His send Comforter! Soon we are going home anyway, and I mean Heaven. The body of Christ, all saved according to the gospel revealed to Apostle Paul for the gentile nations on the road to Damascus, will be raptured very soon. Read both the epistles for the Thessalonians (KJV), in which that is the main topic, though not by that name. During a certain season in my life I was suddenly overcome with the fear of death. I had been sick only to get better and then another sickness would come. As I prayed in tears, the only words that I could form were, "Jesus... I'm overwhelmed." Fear would overwhelm me most moments of the day. I lived in almost constant fear that went on for months. Why should I fear death? Jesus overcame the grave. I am a new creation in Jesus. Jesus saved me many years ago. I know His Word. However it seemed as if I had no control over the darkness and fear that enveloped me. Almost as if I was appointed to this trial. I would cry out to God, knowing that He would answer me. I waited. But how would His answer come? I searched the scriptures daily waiting for God's voice. Late one evening I was doing a devotional and heared this song. I quickly looked up the Psalm in reference to the words. For the first time in months I began to feel the peace of Jesus as His words ministered to me in song. Thank you Celtic Worship, my Scottish brothers and sisters, for bringing the Church God's Word in this song. Many blessings to you. Praise Jesus. He is coming sooner than we can imagine.

@@jilliemc Silly me, if I would have scrolled down the info section I would have been able to find that out. The more I listen to it the more beautiful the hymn becomes. Naomi's singing is impeccable.
