Hi, try looking up Lod Chong pressure. I bought mines from a local Asian store. It’s available on Amazon.

Thanks for sharing! Will it work if I use glutinous rice flour instead?

Sorry not for this recipe, you need exact ingredients.

Does this recipe come out with cendols that are firm and jelly-like? I like softer cendols.
@ZoeyandVFam3 жыл бұрын
Hi, they are not firm but medium soft. Firm ones are if you use Mung bean as flour only for recipe.

If I use the whole bag of mung bean, how many cups of water, rice flour and tapioca starch would I need?
@ZoeyandVFam3 жыл бұрын
Hi, I’m not sure as I have not used a whole bag of mung bean yet.

Does the powder coloring you use bleed and is this recipe more firm and chewy or more mushy in texture? How long does it last in the fridge?
@ZoeyandVFam3 жыл бұрын
Hi, all food coloring will eventually result in bleed. I find gel food coloring and using less food coloring will result in less bleed. This recipe is soft and less firm. It’s good in fridge for 3 days, after that it’s starts to get a little mushy and the strings may break when mixed.

Can we use coconut milk instead of water?
@ZoeyandVFam Жыл бұрын
For this recipe you’ll need to use the exact amount for it to turn out. I unfortunately have not done it with just water.

Can someone plz help? How do I stop color bleeding ?
@ZoeyandVFam10 ай бұрын
There’s really no way, the color will eventually bleed.
