That is how to trip a man with one arm. Just for the record, I'm not trying to troll, I tried this in a bjj tournament, and the guy just jumped straight on my back and choked me out. Very hard if not almost impossible, but I bet she gets it in her weight class, technic was perfect

This has to be a super trained movement or super calculated as you say, otherwise that half of second lost while trying to get to the rival's center is enough for somebody who doesnt give 2nd chances.

In that situation l would utilise the free hand, to grab the left leg or an underhook, and get heavy

Hey I am student for the wrestling class there and both of these people are excellent teachers and excellent coaches so please these people are great and for you to say what’s to say “what’s so special about you” seems disrespectful but I assure you the people at iron faith to the staff to the coaches to even the students are all great people
