Hay this is Ethan so long as you are cool with the guys at the port of entry they don't usually give you any problems and make sure that your log book is up to date then they won't say anything.

You need a hard hat and steel toe boots to be on that site!
@tollboothjimmytrucking.Ай бұрын
He didn’t say anything about steel toes or hard. Hat or I would.
@purest4233Ай бұрын
you seem to get way more inspections at central than you did at prime?
@tollboothjimmytrucking.Ай бұрын
💯. 4 inspections less then one year at cotc. Prime inc I had maybe 6 or 7 in 3 and half years.

Where are these logs coming from? And how do they get their equipment back?
@tollboothjimmytrucking.Ай бұрын
Log came from NM. Watch for the next video 🤣

You weren't in Brownsville. That was still 530 miles from double c not 340.
@tollboothjimmytrucking.Ай бұрын
Your correct. I was in Brownsville but the 340 was my fuel stop not double c.

Way to tell on yourself for falsifying your logs there bro lol

That how I do my logs too and never failed a inspection
@xenowings81Ай бұрын
@@Jumbo-bv1pt doesn’t mean it’s legal. You’ve just gotten lucky and not had them seriously scrutinized. And before you say you have, no you haven’t. Because if you’re not logging ANY on duty time for loading or unloading and they decide to look into it you’re going to get fined hardcore. And so will the company. Also don’t forget they can audit your logs as far back as six months on a company inspection. Also logging off duty for your entire 10, unless youre home or have proof that you slept somewhere other than the truck, is a violation. You must log a minimum of 7 consecutive hours in the sleeper during your 10 hour break.

@@xenowings81 weird that he just got inspected by DOT and didn’t get in trouble for doing it “not legal”
@xenowings81Ай бұрын
@@GoatRoper47 again… just because he didn’t get in trouble doesn’t mean it’s legal. 🤡 sometimes they’re just looking to make sure you’re not over hours. He flat out said he doesn’t log on duty while loading or unloading. That’s a fucking violation. Logging off duty in the sleeper for ALL 10 hours is a fucking violation. DOT clearly wasn’t paying attention to his satuses. If they were he’d have been cited I assure you. This isn’t a fucking debate. Go look up in the fmcsr how it defines on and off duty and sleeper birth.
@xenowings81Ай бұрын
@@GoatRoper47 weird that you think that just because you “dont get in trouble” that its right. Y’all need to go go reread the fmcsr and look at the definitions for duty statuses.
