It could be the door opening on something great though, if Salonen's performance is any indication. It reminds me a bit of Emerson Keith on the MPO -- ultimately not winning, but proving capable with both the body and the mind.

The one thing that baffles me about these videos is the lack of attention to the gallery responses. I would have a few microphones just wandering through the gallery and recording random comments, give the commentators a break with some free color commentary. That seems like it would be a very entertaining addition to these productions.

Does Cat not even congratulation Paige? Where's the sportsmanship?
@smujismuj4 жыл бұрын
I was ready to give this tournament to Cat several times during these videos, but she seems like she's her own worst enemy, rushing putts, not committing to putts. It's all about the putting. If she put as much focus on putting as she does in the rest of her game, I doubt there is any other women in the world who could keep up with her.

This is nothing compared to the live coverage. Commercials after every tee-off and on longer holes as the players walk to their lies. I use adblock, so I rarely see commercials. I hate them, but I guess they're necessary to fund the coverage.

@mal2ksc4 жыл бұрын
Sometimes the MPO commentators aren't funny either. They're just willing to call each other on it, so it doesn't last very long. I think maybe the women are too nice to each other, so it takes longer for the not-funny to come to a merciful end.
