Layoff being the most hard hitting words in the IT industry today, we chose this as our Theme for maiden Anthology. This is the first story in this Anthology, Written by Aravindh.
The story shows the hidden truth behind most of the IT Companies and their selection of employees for Layoff and how they approach. Watch to know the secrets or behind the curtain acts by the Top Management in a Layoff scenario.

I loved the acting especially Vidhya. Really shows the pain of a employee who goes on Maternity leave. The cast was fantastic, the screenplay was super and the dialogue very good. OVerall very well executed. Keep rolling out the contents. Kalakkunga thalaiva

Exactly what I thought while watching the video. My wife worked day and night during pregnancy for 5 client till 5 days before delivery. But management didn't provide proper pay and denied her appraisal after rejoin. Excellent acting by all cast especially Vidiya and lokesh.

Wonderful script executed perfectly in a positive manner. India is very famous for such corporate atrocities. I had seen a Telecom company in India doing exactly like this - staffs were asked to resign even after decade plus experience threatening like we are in this script. Unfortunately none took case against the company but moved on!

When I reached 39yearsi left IT industry , I repented that I made a bad decision but after seeing all the news of layoff I think I made better decision .Now I am in my own logistics business .

This is a fantastic video team, very realistic and ends very optimistic. When they said, thimira pesura ponnunnu sollumnbodhu, i thought Pavi may come in. But the fact that you used all characters optimally and constructed a tight screenplay is appreciatable. what a fantastic series. people like me who work for government, feels totally different when i see this kind of fox and sheep culture in MNC's. though we get low sallary in government as compared to IT people, we never go through this kind of pain. thank you

Fantastic script, can very well connect with current trend with a feel good ending, but watch out, the reality is bit different and not for the faint hearted. Unless you are some one like Lokesh, better to look for good offer and then resign. You can negotiate with your current employer! Also not everyone is bad

Hi Team, It was really a nice script. But it show myself in the character of Lokesh. I did the same thing in 2018 to early 2020(I had been in the same company for close to 10 years). I got the same kind of package after a struggle for 1.5 years. But now i am enjoying the retirement life. I really enjoyed a lot. Great content and most of the IT people does not even know about such things was really bad. Anyhow, I believe this video will be atleat eye opener of lot of employee. Let everyone start searching for it. So I hope that it may help you some day.....

I have Gone through the same situation on 28 April 2023 Byjus think and learn Bangalore, IBC knowledge park. They just asked me to hand over the laptop and leave for the day. I'm still awaiting for My FNF, still hunting for job, I'm the only Bread winner for My entire family. My father recently passed away, I was so passionate for this Byjus. And I'm unable to handle my family and my old sick widowed mother.. I have been brutally laid off and sent me out of the company.
