I’m 22 and have this. It’s been extremely isolating as everyone laughs at me wherever I go. I want to die. At least this woman is older and is more accepted that she has some kind of problem. With me, people think I’m crazy or some kind of attraction to stare at and mock.

Hang in there guys. I’m in my forties but finally am getting Botox from a neurologist (movement specialist) every 3 months. My head tremor is gone if I stay exactly on schedule. I would have rather found free exercises to take it away but am content to have a solution while I research more natural ways. Mine is my head. My sisters have hand tremors.

I keep seeing my father head moving like this everytime he drives or just literally sitting on his bed his head moves weirdly just like this but his head doesnt move a lot more than hers. I’m very worried about him.

Mine happened in 2019 when my neck started shaking alot and now its tilting to the left bending down, when im in a group i lift my head up and still shakes a little bit. i tried chiropractor, ice packs, massage guns, tens units, heat wraps, still happens. But i just deal with it, even tried xrays ,
