Sir actually today I met with a very small accident of scooty , my scooty just slipped while turning and i got some rashes on the hand and foot part nothing else more severe , but as I met the accident in morning , till afternoon I started to experience a headache from my back part of head disallowing me to run or move frequently , And till evening my neck is tight like stiff but headache is gone , i also took some pills of headache like "saradon" sir please reply , do I need any medical attention , or i just need to take massage of " mustard oil " or "baam" ? Please reply sir 🙏

Hlo sir i have same symtoms as you told in this vedio ....my headace statrs as soon as i wake up....and increase as i do some work which inculde driving, studing ....its been almost 3 years i get daily...most time one side is more affected ....!....no pain killer helps ...i want to have injection therapy...plz help..! Many doctor dont know about this ocipital neurologia ...and dont aware about the injection i have shown many doctors and asked them if there is tretment from anesthesia injection they said there is no sich therapy...and always gave me migraine medicines which have very littile to no effect on this pain...plz help sir

Sir I am 18 years old. Preparing for competitive exams so I have to study for long hours daily. I also take online classes in phone. I have facing severe headache for two years. My headache lasts for 4-5 days continuously. The pain mostly occur in left side of occipetal bone and when I take my neck downward the pain becomes severe. Sir I aslo have cervicogenic dizziness...this was diagnosed in VNG test.

Hello sir. I am 34 years old. And having such problem since approximately 15 years now. Pain always starts from my neck and then nauseated feeling and pain goes to head or near one eye sometimes.. But it goes away when I take PCM or disprin.. Sir please suggest me should I go to hospital for this pain or continue with such OTC medicines.. I have these headaches sometimes once a month, sometimes twice a month, sometimes once in 5-6 months also.. Duration of pain is for half a day or one day.. Also, these headaches sometimes come after 1-2 days of strenuous exercise in gym, or pillow usage.. Sir please suggest me what should I do.. The pain never gets alleviated by moving neck in some specific position or touching any part of the neck, it just remains the same.. The main position of the headache is always behind the head between the two ears..sometimes whole of the area between the ears, sometimes one side.. Left side is generally more affected.. Any advice which can help me cope up with this pain

Pranam sir I myself is a final year mbbs student(24 yr) Sir I used to sleep on thick pillows and last year I also started exercising in the morning but after 2 months I got headache unilateral and behind eyes, sometime half of the face (mild to moderate) and tension in that side of neck. But when I returned to college its severity decreased although I could always feel it but mild only But again this year ,it has come up and moderate this time..... I took amytriptilyne for one month but no such change. Sometimes it increase on waking up specially in afternoon if I sleep on that side. If you could help

Sir my wife suffering from headache from last 03years we went to Nerologist he informed to take MRI scan after seeing the Report he told report is abnormal and inform this is Migraine headache and some medicines are prescribed but still headache is continuing what to do any medicine ple reply i am suffering from seviour headache every month.

Doctor I am honestly facing the exact symptoms of cervicogenic headache. At last I found this video, I didn't believed it at first. Now I have got hope that I will get treated by you. I get headache in my entire head, feels like a band on sitting still and also I understood why I do not move my neck and see only in the front while walking because I don't want more headache. When I was in 10th stndard in 2015, I used to study all day keeping my head down and sitting in a corner. It was my daily routine. I would sty awake many nights and study keeping my head down. I was also very stressed due to study. Suddenly one day, this headache started and my life changed highly miserable and it is same till today. I have tried triptans, all antidepressants, naproxen, pregabalin but it did not break the cycle of constant headache. I even had ECT. Doctor you also recommend taking minimal medicine. Now I want to try radiofrequency treatment. Why it is so costly doctor, Rs 88000? It is far from affording for treatment for a indian middle class family?
