You've got me thinking about the Mama intro again... The phrasing was bothering me, so I thought about it literally, as if I was explaining it to someone. So it starts - "When the skies and the grounds were one, the legends, through their twelve forces, nurtured the tree of life." One world? "The legends, through their twelve forces" so the legends are a separate thing from the twelves forces? We would assume that the "twelve forces" means EXO, since there's twelve of them. The twelve forces look after the tree on behalf of "the legends"? Later on it says - "the legends hereby divide the tree in half and hide each side." So "the legends" divide the tree, not the "twelve forces" and they hide it, does that mean only they know where it is? "Hence, time is over-turned and space turns askew. The twelve forces divide into two and create two suns that look alike into two worlds that seem alike." The twelve forces are forcefully divided into two because "the legends" divided the tree and essentially broke time and space? But it is the power of dividing the "twelve forces" that creates two suns? "...create two suns that look alike into two worlds that seem alike." This is confusing. So the two suns became two worlds? So they are no longer suns? Why would the word "into" be used if it wasn't referring to something becoming something else? "The legends travel apart." Wait, "the legends" travel apart not the "twelve forces"? "The legends shall now see the same sky but shall stand on different grounds, shall stand on the same ground, but shall see different skies." Or do the "two worlds" have to align with each other *and* the planets? Or just with each other? "The day the red force is purified and the twelve forces reunite into one perfect root, a new world shall open up." This seems like it's a separate event from the aligning planets mentioned above? The red force has to be purified and the "twelve forces" reunited in order for a new world to "open up", nothing to do with "the legends" ------------------------------------------------------------------------- So after all that, I had another thought... I don't believe "the legends" are separate entities and the "twelve forces" are EXO. I think that "the legends" are EXO and the "twelve forces" might actually be referring to their superpowers. So, "When the skies and the grounds were one, the legends, through their twelve forces, nurtured the tree of life." Lets replace "the legends" with EXO and "twelve forces" with powers. "When the skies and the grounds were one, *EXO*, through their *POWERS*, nurtured the tree of life." Following along, so EXO divides the tree, which causes time and space to go crazy (or is that actually referring to Tao or Kai going crazy?) - their powers are divided into two and create the two suns/worlds. Which isn't so crazy, in the "Power" music video, Baekhyun literally uses his power to create an eclipse which "powered up" all the other members, it cost him though and he fell. (Is that why Lay had what looked like Baekhyun's power orb in Namanana? We know Lay/Baekhyun are a connected pair) "The legends travel apart. The legends shall now see the same sky but shall stand on different grounds, shall stand on the same ground, but shall see different skies." So EXO is separated between the "two worlds"? Or just physical distance on the same world? "The day the grounds beget a single file before one sky in two worlds that seem alike, the legends will greet each other." Similar to what I said above, the worlds must align for EXO to "greet each other" "The day the red force is purified and the twelve forces reunite into one perfect root, a new world shall open up." Their powers must be reunited into "one perfect root" - is this referring to the tree being put back together? So the red force must be purified *and* all the twelve powers must combine to fix the tree, which will then allow the tree to open a new world? I've probably not done a good job trying to explain this, I hope you can see what I mean though! Perhaps someone else can have a go at it?

While there's no lunar eclipse they can have a normal life but when the lunar eclipse appears they have to travel? to gather to fight? or it means that danger is close? I think the plant growing out of nowhere is a hint to Yixing's power, I think he transformed that snowy desert where they ended up, in a forest. But actually seeing it again... if we think about it, we have the missing members in that clip. The snowy desert = minseok The plant growing= Lay The earthquake ( we can see how everything shakes when they're showing the eclipse)= D.O So after the 3 member's powers manifest the rest of the exos are able to gain their powers back (they're also transported to another place), because EXO is only complete when they're 9.

The kind of red water drop (around 0.32 sec.) in the trailer reminds me of the thing looks like liquid that turns into fire in the intro. I don't know if it's just a representation of X-Suho's power or the creation of X-EXO. An another thing I noticed is about Chen. You remember when they explained Chen's power as really powerful back then right ? And your theory of Chen who would be evil ? It's just reminded of EXO-CBX Blooming Day MV. I don't remember where I read it (maybe on your concept guide episode) but some people did theory about EXO subunits: EXO-SC might be in the future and EXO-CBX in the past. In Blooming Day MV, there is a scene where we see Baekhyun tried to stop Chen. He might saw in a vision (because he can see the future with his power) Chen doing something bad but something happened while trying and both him and Chen lose their super abilities ? So that's why they don't have their special abilities anymore ? Also, just an another thing, in the Obsession VCR, when EXO are in the snowy planet and a plant appeared, I think it's because of Lay. We only talk about how D.O and Xiumin might be important in this era but never about Lay. Lay is the only one member we never talk about in Obsession era but he has a really important power. His superpower is healing and is often represented by a plant. So in the VCR, it's maybe him tried to save the member ? I don't know, I'm probably wrong with all of these theories but I find them interesting. Sorry for my English.

At 1:08 I would like to clarify that the sun is red. It is a ball of fire. Notice the candle light, it's inner core is red and the outer core is yellow. Similarly, the sun appears yellow due to its distance from our planet. It's color has something to do with the prism of light that enters the atmosphere of the Earth due to its immense distance. Physics. Ergo, your theory that moon represents EXO and sun represents X-EXO makes sense. X-EXO indeed is looking at the sun. They could be in planet nearest to the sun (that why they're seeing a red sun), waiting and getting ready for their next plan.

Okay... One more thing to be noticed, the legends were formed from the heart of the tree of life ''after being corrupted by the red force'' and then divided . So what i am trying to tell is.... What if the legends that were divided were EXO and X-EXO from the beginning?? Like the EXO who weren't corrupted and a part of exo which is X-EXO that got corrupted. I think X-EXO and EXO were bound to meet each other at some point bcz i think only EXO can defeat/purify their alter parts which is X-EXO. May be X-EXO are controlled by red force and somehow X-EXO figured out that they can still connect with EXO(i don't know how bcz i can't think anymore) and red force is using that to control EXO via X-EXO. So according to my theory, EXO and X-EXO have to come together to form one being but when that happens EXO should defeat X-EXO and that's what by purifying the red force meant i think. So EXO should realize/understand this and fight their alter egos for it to end may be. Okay i might be completely wrong bcz I wrote everything that came into my mind at one go from a moment of thought😂.

This phrase ”The day the red force is purified and the 12 forces reunite into one perfect root, a new world shall open up.” got me thinking using the reference from this clip 10:08 where the symbol that was focused after the scene where the planets(?) were aligned was D.O.'s, it got me the idea, isn't it D.O.'s power is Force? So does that means D.O. plays a very significant role in reuniting those forces, hence, being on the center and focus among all the other symbols/forces? 🤔 Also, I've noticed from the other MV, D.O. plays as an ”Eye” or Observer and there's a lot of instances that he is being different among the other members. Is it an obvious indication of that possibility I have mentioned earlier referring to his role in reuniting the twelve forces? And addition to that, D.O. was the one who wrote the letter or rather narrating on their opening VCR in Elyxion concert, which I assume the message actually came from his point of view (and not just because of the fact that his voice really fits the feel of the scenario) adding to the fuel of my curiosity and wondering.

Maybe it's new but on Twitter I see something is gonna happen in June 10th (I think it's 10th here in America and 11th in Korea) related to the moon, eclipse and that thing and in the new game for this up coming EXO comeback says something like this: "EXO-Ls stay tune/sns for whats coming on June 11th" (something like that) and what I personally think is that the numbers that in Tempo are show are not casual it has an intention, the numbers going really fast is in the scene where baekhyun and suho are together singing like in acapella, from what I remember I just could know about 3 of them but the other not...
