What setting do you put ur drill on and do u go forward or reverse

I put it on the lowest everytime lol unless I’m removing a polish I’ll put it higher but im just more comfortable on the lowest setting and less chance im going to cut myself lol also it’s also going forward.

The gel remover? No not at all but then again I try my best to never get it on my skin and once I see my natural nail I won’t put any on it. But never had any type of pain 🫤 I still use it to remove my nails.
