Well , i just bought the C Fly mini 2 on Banggood , its on Sale . One Battery = 215 Euro , Two Batterys = 258 Euro , thats with 19 % VAT , free shipping to Germany . I was surprised that the price is 233 Dollar for the one Battery Version shipping to the USA = it seems they included VAT without lifting the selling price = its ~ 20 % cheaper for me , if i subtract the VAT its 180 Euro for the 1 Battery Version and the 2 Battery Version is only 216 Euro ( without VAT ) , thats a good Price

this drone (DJI Mini 2) also I do use a triple blad kit from Amazon which stabilizes it very nicely. I use this for filming in my KZfaq video vlogs.

I have a Contixo F36 and the CFly Mini 1 looks exactly the same. The remote is identical. I am a beginner but agree about the horizon shift and floating and yaw when changing direction.

Thanks for the review. I've watched quite a few over the past month lol as I was contemplating buying a first drone. I watched your review on the cfly mini as well & comparisons to the Protensic atom. I think as a first drone & being into photography my requirements for a first drone would be having different flight features & a decent camera for a reasonable price. Nothing worse than spending money on a camera & coming away with almost unuseable or unpublishable pictures for social media. Hence after hrs of watching videos on drones I settled on the cfly mini 2 - just because of the better camera than the mini 1. I thought the shot going up from the boat was pretty decent in your cfly mini review & was tempted then. Since then I watched your vids about 3 times & settled on the cfly mini 2 as my first drone. I ordered from Bangood earlier this week & used your code which does bring the price to below the 22% off they are offering at present so also ordered a landing mat lol. I live in the South West UK & run boat trips & wanted to get some Ariel shots with passengers when running trips so wanted good pictures & video without spending a fortune as I will mainly be operating over water I think. If you've got this far thanks but there's one question I have which may be stupid, not knowing much about drones as yet, about the follow me mode. I've seen people set the follow me mode then walk away from the drone. If you position the drone in front of you & set it to follow me & walk towards it - will it keep facing you & back away from you keeping the distance? Also, when circling with the cfly mini 2 the circling mode you said was jerky! I wonder if there was light gusts higher up causing it as buildings etc can shelter you from any air currents at ground level, But a thanks for the time put in to doing these reviews - I just wish I had a bigger budget! This drone is right for people like me who are not expert flyers and has a historic proclivitacally of losing drones! The aerodynamic look is aesthetically pleasing!

Just had a very unfortunate accident with my cfly mini 2 !!! 2nd day of flying & was on my second battery. On about the 3rd take off I sent it away from me but the wind was forecast gusting to 22mph! It seemed ok handling it on the open burrows & I did loose sight so hit return home. In was told due to wind it would return at a lower altitude which it did. On way home I stopped off where I work part time as I wanted to get more footage over the woods! Hmmm lol. The second time I sent it off the wind must have picked up a bit so I turned on sport mode whilst flying. After switching over to sport it lost signal & went off & hit a tree! One propeller broke & one chipped - replaced. The camera suffered some scuffs & damage & now unable to get a connection to the drone ! When I lost signal it must have only been 50-100yrds most away from me. I have messaged baggood to say it lost signal that distance away & went off & crashed into a tree. Maybe you shouldn't switch to sport mode whilst drone is flying? Hopefully they'll replace or repair 😢 JUST A WARNING TO ANYONE THAT HAS THE CFLY or whether they can enlighten as to what may have happened Or whether they have switcued between normal & sportvwhile flying without any issues?

So I have the question of the stability and orbit and the other problems people are having with the C Fly Faith Mini 2. My question is do these same things happen with the Mini 1? You seem to praise the Mini 1 Alot but not so much the Mini 2 other than it has a better camera. Is there anything that the Mini 1 does better than the Mini 2 other than a cheaper price? And the question is here is the Mini 2 worth the extra money? Because it also gets you closer to much better drones like the Potensic and Fimi X8 Mini 2. Personally I would rather have stability and a good orbit mode even if I have to use 2.7K. I also heard the Version 2 has a very very long battery charge time. Is it the same case with the Version 1? Thats kindve a deal breaker too.

Wont be buying mini 2...bought 1 for a month ago and still cant get it to work..not connecting to the remote och drone

Great review. Good points made. If they can just put out some fast firmware upgrades like others(I.e Potensic, Hubsan, Fimi, etc.) they can improve it but they seem to have very lazy engineers that take forever to fix issues and release firmware on time. It has a really good camera no doubt about it but the firmware and app needs immediate attention.

Thanks for the video...can i ask u a huge favor please...the issue i have with my cfly faith mini 1 is the VERY slow turning/rotation speed in sports mode...if u do a mini drone comparison video in the future...can u compare the rotation speed in sports mode of the cfly faith mini 2 with either the potensic or fimi (which both rotate much faster) to see if they have have corrected this...slow turning speed is great for videos but makes the drone not as fun to fly in sports mode...thanks in advance and have a good night.

could you please help me. when i charge the remote for the cfly mini 2 the forth green light on it keeps flashing i thought it should not flash when its fully charged

Any idea how I can connect this thing to my phone? All app permissions granted (but get a warning saying they're not). The drone pairs with the controller, but still says disconnected in the app. The controller is also getting signal from the phone because it buzzes when the cable is connecged. Unable to fly it until it appears connected on yhr app.

hi did you have any problems recording to an sd card, i tryed a 32 gb and a 64 gb with no sucess. do you have to set it up in the app to get it to work. thanks in advance Henry

You're absolutely right about the tracking. I bought the C-Fly Faith Mini 1 because I thought and hoped the follow-me worked like it should. Truth is it is totally useless. Can't move the sticks! And it points everywhere except at me. In my case a waste of money. The optical tracking seems even worse as it will go left right up down with no control whatsoever. I tried to fly the C-fly Mini manually while riding my bike. Unfortunately it is not great at that either. Very hard to fly smooth at the right pace. The only thing it has in favor is the very important dynamic homepoint update option so you don't have to race back to where it took off in panic. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad drone for the money. But not for cycling/hiking tracking. I wish drone reviewers would spend more time testing the follow-me feature. I'm not so much interested in active-track. Without obstacle avoidance it's a bad idea anyhow. With follow-me, if it is the right type, I can have the drone fly in front of my bike in line of sight.

I just got this and I can't make it connect to my phone, or unlock to fly. There is nothing I can do to make it connect, and for some reason, when I press allow permissions, it says some permissions where not granted...WTF? I'm regretting this drone already -_-

I recently acquired this drone. I am having issues calibrating the compass. It failed on the horizontal compass calibration, I tried ten times. Is there some kind of trick to this horizontal calibration? Did anyone experience similar issues?

If the drone on hover is all over the place plus it's braking system overshoot is a metre or so why would you opt for 50 buks less to buy it.. Another 50 will get you a drone with a half decent hover than this misguided missile.. This drone came in my home and out the door in less than 3 weeks... But how did I know it's hover and braking was that bad, from this guy? No.. NO other reviewer mentioned just how poor it was... Learn to be wary and watch a lot more vids before you buy something you will sell the next week... It's app took too long to load up for my liking plus the rest..
