What size bulbs go in the hvac system

Its been a while but there were some T3 and T4 neo wedge bulbs for the icons and the indicators were 3mm LED bulbs that you have to solder. I got many of my bulbs from www.ledautomotive.com/ and www.superbrightleds.com. The instructions on www.ledautomotive.com/ are great and very detailed.

love the vid. was wondering what JDM steering wheel emblem is that ? like was it originally for the civic or actually the accord ?

Thanks, the emblem is actually some random one I found online. Luckily it hasn't yellowed like most of the ones I've gotten that isn't OEM. I just measured it and happened to find it online. If you do find one, make sure you attach it securely since it can fly out and injure you if the airbag was to ever go off. I prepped the area with acetone and used shoe goo to attach it. I've tried taking it off of my old airbag at one point and it didn't want to come off.

Is that a GM or Chrysler auto-dim mirror with the compass and temp? if so how hard was it to integrate?

It's one from a frontier. Pretty much all the same, at the end of the day it's usually a Gentex. Wiring is pretty standard with just ground, ignition and temperature sensor. Homelink ones have a constant 12v too

What size resistors did you use for the HVAC indicator lights?

I did not change them out since there are some on the circuit board already. Just soldered some 3mm leds from superbrightleds.com. I used the instructions from ledautomotive.com.

@@statuskuogarage7462 Sweet. That should make things easier for me. Going to replace them all when I swap a good board into my old broken climate control panel.

How did you reverse the odometer lights

You have to take your cluster apart, peel off the old polarization filter on it, put another piece of polarization filter on and and flip it to get that affect.

Thanks, it's a discontinued piece that I can't find anymore. I found it on eBay a few years back and painted it black. I believe the brand was APC and they come with weird bright colors.
