Greetings Check the input circuits at the indoor PCB make sure they are ok you may have a blown fuse once you figure out with the current problem that you mentioned your AC is off at all not starting After you are able to run the unit connect a single wire to the 3c circuit in indoor and the other end of wire should reach to the outdoor connect it to the 3c circuit of outdoor this wire should be isolated from the rest of wire Run the AC unit and wait 20 mins if the erro comes back then you need to check the PCB board at the outdoor there are so many component you have to check sometimes the PCB itself goes bad

Hi, you found the problem yet? I have the exactly issue like you. I haven't checked the wire yet. Ch05 shown up occasional after 30 min or so. After I turned off everything for any hour or so, it will be back to normal, depending on luck.

Greetings If you have already check the wires : L N 3c Ground The next step is to check all components at the PCB in the outdoor unit if everything looks good at the outdoor next check the PCB board at the indoor units.

Greetings Dear Shakir sorry for didn't reply on time, I have been working somewhere didn't get time to be active in social media but I'm happy share my experiences with my followers even if it is late but I'm pretty sure It's gonna help. (Sometime communication errors occurs due to a blown fuse in the PCB board at the outdoor unit, It is a 15 Amps fuse , replace the fuse and run the air conditioners use an ampere meter the current should not exceed more than 6.5 A @ 220 V if the unit is 12000 btu If the ampere meter shows 8 or 9 Amps you may have other issues you need to check compressor's current . You may have a bad compressor or may not, you need to troubleshoot there are so many reasons for that , I wish to get time make another youtube video on this topic. All the best

Dear James Thank you for chosen DIY & Fix it , The ground/ earth wire is for our safety and also for your AC unit. Fault Code 05 and 53 (CH05 is displayed at indoor unit, 53 is displayed at outdoor unit) This fault code indicates a communication error between the indoor and outdoor units; this is usually caused by wiring errors or condensate pumps connected to the inter-connecting cable. 01) make sure isolate your AC cable from refrigerant pipes and other cables. 02) 3c circuit in indoor is a signal circuit it's going to be connected to the outdoor make sure it is not next to the other cables or wires which is generating noise. 03) check the PCB board at the indoor and outdoor make sure all components are Ok.
