I just cooked the fried rice the way you made it except No radish, put some chopped bell pepper...and also put some cornstarch in the rice Did everything the way you showed..and Wow the rice was real nice all separate.. Real good, will send this cornstarch tip in with the rice to my daughter in Florida Thank You Chef... Will try the fish sour vegetable next the sour vegetable I can buy in Asian Store but not the fish Have to look for type of fish that will cook well..thank you again for recipes

Merle Charge In China, we often leave the fish bones in the food, I’m not sure if you will like it.

Chef Wang is truly a master. I don't speak Mandarin, but I like to watch his videos untranslated first so I can focus on his actions. Then afterwards I listen to him explain.

What an amazing chef!! I love your knife skill, I was wondering how long it took for you to master your knife skill. In reality, if I were to descale, debone, slice and cook that fish, it would probably take me a few good hours. I know you do it for a living but I still think you are amazing. Keep up the good work. I will continue watching the rest of your videos. Well done Chef!

I just happened to click on a random video it’s very impressive to see that the new way to cook a fish which looks pretty delicious. I hope someday I can try when I travel in China as in Newzealand it is hard to find this kind of traditional Chinese restaurant :(

I've been to new Zealand a lot and yes I'd say that new Zealand doesn't have real authentic Chinese food. I'm from Fiji and the authenticity of Chinese food here is really good I'd say. So maybe try come to Fiji and eat Chinese food here haha.

I am in Auckland. If you go to Albany, there are tons of traditional Chinese restaurants here. And you can order this.😁

I'm in Auckland and you can find this at most Chinese restaurants (not takeaways), especially Sichuan restaurants. It's called suan tsai yu so you can ask the waiter.
