We left the church and started making our $50/month donation to Tia. Better for the world!

I thank God for Tia. She is literally the first person I wanna donate to if I win the lottery. She not only saves so many dogs lives but she saves peoples lives. Those parolees trust her and need her. She not only teaches them hard work and how to be accountable but how to be in a family. The best examples is that are Jake and Earl. I love this show so much because it’s so raw and real and they do so much good. I love that they share it with us. Love you Tia, Mariah, Tanya, Earl, cast and crew. You are all so amazing.

Every detention/prison/correction should have this program. Just think of all the humans that could benefit from feeling love and compassion before being released after serving their time. That's the perfect gateway back to humanity before rejoining the public. Not to mention the thousands of animals that could be saved.

We need more Tia's in this world. Every state, every city, every town

This crazy world we live in needs more people like Tia, and her family and crew. She has demonstrated for many years, that a little love, patience, and companion can, will, and usually does work miracles with the dogs she rescues and the parolees that are willing to follow her leadership. Dear Tia, I just want to give a tiny suggestion about trying to get black pups adopted.... If everyone works to give them an incredibly shiny black coat then it makes a HUGE difference! My family has a stunning almost entirely black mix (She's primarily German shepherd and Canadian Inuit dog) and she has a stunning black coat naturally that so many strangers compliment how beautiful she is. Her coat is so shiny she should do shampoo commercials! She's beautiful in more ways than just her coat but the coat really stands out and I'd like to think she's making people realize how beautiful black dogs can be

Sad about black cats and dogs not getting adopted. I have always had a black cat. Cindy, my black kitty is 20 years old. Would love to have a senior black dog. The last thin dog was so defensive, he would be my choice if I wanted a young animal. I worked with biting ferrets and cats before Covid. Teaching an animal to trust you not to hurt them is very rewarding. I always adopted animals that were elderly or defensive.

Just found you i used to be scared of dog but my sister helped me not afraid of them anymore mis sister had two dogs one was a Siberian Husky and his name was Max and the other one was a yellow lab her name was candy they died in Maine and I miss them very much my sister thinks of them a lot have a great day

Pitt Bulls are so misunderstood by the majority of people who have only heard bad things about them. They are not in any way the brutal vicious killer dogs that most people think that they are. When given a loving and safe environment they are one of the most sweet and loving dogs you can possibly own. I've had three Pitts that i have rescued from really bad situations and now an American Bully. My three Pitts were older dogs that had been abused and mistreated their entire lives and with the love and attention that i gave them all three recovered and lived their remaining years feeling loved and safe which is really the only two things that all dog breeds require to live a happy life and the love that they give in return is always ten times more than they ask from you. After what they had been put thru by humans they had no reason to ever trust anyone again and although it did take time all three slowly came out of their shells and recovered. I don't regret a single moment of the time that i spent working with them to bring them back to being the happy loving dogs that they became once i showed them that they could trust again. My time with them while they healed emotionally and physically did as much to enrich my life as it did for them and i'm thankful every day for the time that we had together. As corny as this seems i have all three of them buried in my back yard with little headstones with their names on them and a bench where i sometimes sit and watch the sun come up or set. I sit there with my big ole Bully's head on my lap and when i close my eyes i still can see the them and the things that we did together as clearly in my mind as they day it happened. Makes me feel like they're still with me and in my heart and mind they will always live on. I promise anyone that reads this that if you rescue an animal and bring them into your life that the reward that you get in return will far outweigh any inconvenience that you may encounter along the way. The true joy and happiness that you and they will experience when the two of you bond is impossible to truly put into words. Animals bring into your life a truly unconditional love that you will never experience any other way.

Do you think if i left my life behind and moved there Tia would give me a job? I really want to be apart of what she does. She and her team/fam do amazing things and i would give anything to be involved. Tia, if you are reading this i am completely serious!!! 🇨🇦

I have a black dog and I live in Pennsylvania! Lol! I absolutely ❤ my black dog. And when his time comes to meet his maker, I will get another black dog. Chance is 12, and he’s slowing down a little, but he is the love of my life. He’s a daddy’s boy except when he’s scared and wants some extra love, then he’s a mommy’s boy.

I love my all-black lab/pit mix. He is awesome. I've had him since he was 14 weeks old. My friend's landlord was being an ass and changed his mind that she could keep one of her dogs pups so she called me in tears not knowing what to do because he was threatening to evict her and her daughters so I drove 4 hours one way to pick up the tiny pup. He is not so tiny anymore but typical of being this special mix I got a fun-loving but chill out wanna be a lapdog

You are the most beautiful human beings one can ever meet... You have your hearts wide open to the most disadvantaged beings, who without your love wouldn't be here any longer... The black cats that we have had have been some of the best cats and funniest greatest personalities I actually am a fan of black cats but I also have had a fully black dog who recently passed away a little Chihuahua mixed loved him to pieces too it's crazy because black dogs and cats are so shiny and beautiful their chocolate brown eyes stand out with the comparison to the black fur I think they're gorgeous

I think people that treat animal this way it's a form of control because they these horrid people out of control. Shame on these cruel people. I hope they are prosecuted and heavily fined and are never be allowed to own any animals again. It was so great that you and you team rescued these precious dogs in time. Dog rescue is like nursing. If you ask a patient how much alcohol they drink, we are told to multiply their answer by three. When asking how many dogs, multiply by 5!!

And I just love that they go to the prison for training, we all know that it such a new start in their life that they need and also the inmate's ut gives them something to do and keeps their minds on the straight and just how wonderful it is for the inmate's mental health also. I agree with @Melanie Trujillo I would do the same even though I'm on the other side of the world. I love these guys work, they do so much for everyone furbabies and people the same. Saying about the black dogs and cats being a little harder to re-home. After I got my two cats, one of which is black, I was told that it's harder to re-home black animals because their 'less photogenic' and 'harder to photograph'. Which really is just so sad, and just plain wrong.
