fine saw, I have a MS 171 and it does a fine job on that size wood, here it's mostly hard red oak.

I have that model saw. It's a great saw with just the right amount of power for its size. I've had mine for about 9 years and only had to replace the carburetor and fuel filter. Also the bar and chains a couple of times...👍😀😎👌
