No lip sync, no auto tune, no attempt to copy other vocalists.... and on a serious note, take your Katy Perrys, Taylor Swifts, Modonnas, Lady Gagas, and Beyonces and they won't be able to have the quality, beauty of tone and uniqueness that Chaka has. You could see that even in her early works. Btw, that band and backing vocalists are really exceptional.

Chaka is all that and then some!!! Her looks…her vocals…unmatched. The musicians were absolutely the best and the background singers….LAWDY LAWDY LAWDY!!!! Their vocals were unbelievable. They held it down. Chaka knew what she had when she selected those vocal divas!

Totally agree! And BGV's KNOW her every vocal nuance over time..sans rehearsing! THAT'S PROFESSIONAL!! All 3 Fierce! Chaka knows WHEN NOT TO PRESS IT TOO FAR, uses THEM well to THANKFULLY SAVE HER VOX!! Any wise vocalist wd while they can! And nobody's a chippy on that wood, Boo! OMG, Chaka sounds and looks great! When I saw a video that was recorded a few years ago after she had gained a lot of weight, she didn't look very healthy and her voice didn't sound 100% and I was concerned about her health, but this is an incredible transformation and I'm so happy for her. I've loved Chaka since I first heard her in the early 80's. She's not only a phenomenal vocalist with incredible power, range, tone, phrasing and control, she's also beautiful, classy, funny and a genuinely nice person.

@@TheErokk725I saw her twice while she was with Rufus. Her voice was amazing and each time she was on time I got chills and could feel the hairs on my head stand at attention. Her background singers today are great but back when she was young she was untouchable.

I’m an old white guy,63, and I’m a guitar player, mostly blues and rock, but I love her looks and her singing! I’m from the south and grew up listening and watching the southern rock and blues bands. My precious older sister turned me on to the southern rock as well as the Motown sound. And to this day, and for the rest of my life, I’m gonna listen to, dance to, sing to and and thoroughly enjoy her music and all of the old Motown groups! And she is very beautiful to me as well

I don't know what she's doing, but she has gone back in time right there, she looks like she took 30 years off her body. Her voice sounds better than ever. Chaka Khan is here to stay for a long time and I can't be happier. Hopefully this generation will get to know her more as she's a gem, her music, her voice, legacy. The real deal. Def Leppard's guitar lead player there I recognized him woo such a legend!

25 years ago she was on tour with Larry Graham and Prince. Roughly 10 years previous to that I saw her opening to Prince in Cork Ireland. She's looking better now then either of those times. In Ireland we have a legend of Tír na Óg (land of the youth) where no one ages. Chaka has gone one step further and is aging backwards. Fantastic singer, writer, knows her way around a drumkit.

Chaka looks ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL HERE!! She's lost weight & looks like her younger self again!! Still sounds great in concert; saw her in concert a few years ago at NJPAC here in Newark, NJ! She.& El Debarge were great; even had a chance to hear her & her band during rehearsal when I went to pick up ticket early on concert day!! Love her 4eva!! I saw Chaka back in September and she was incredible. She is probably exhausted a bit and perhaps had a few that evening. Also, there was a lot of technical issues too. I found it rather charming and cute that she was a bit tipsy.
