Yes Chakits I love love that glass Tile in the bathroom.This is a nice condo.With all of the bells and whistles but not worth it to me.And you are right you are buying into a lifestyle.Toll Brothers is still my favorite by far😍Thanks Chakits for sharing

WOW the HOA killed it for me . About the tile on the exterior ...it's so much the tile as it is the grout washing away . The grout MUST be sealed SUPER well to keep that from happening OR use something else .

"Are you going to utilize the amenities, and are they worth it?" Would help a lot, Chakits, if you could be more specific on what precisely amenities are, especially considering they will cost whoever lives there $400+ for every month they live in their own house whether they use them or not.

Chuck was your audio problem was that you left the WiFi on on your GoPro. I got the same problem when I do my videos. I keep living it on. At one time I thought it was the GoPro. Because it work well with another mic. But I use the same mic you use, it sounds great but it has interference with the WiFi. I bought it of your amazon equipment suggestion. I was wondering if one day you can do a video on your go pro settings. Your videos are so clear. I can get my videos has clear as yours. Keep up the videos coming you do great videos I know it takes a lot of work and time.

I liked the design. It didn't feel 2700+ sqft like you said. MBR has no business being that small for that price. Didn't see the garage and you didn't tell us the amenities that justify that high HOA. You've showed SFH with far cheaper fees in that area. Starting price is inflated too. Love the MultiGen space.

Hundreds of square feet are devoted to staircases, hallways and the elevator shaft. There isn't very much left for the living spaces. That is the problem with triple deckers.

So the models only has 2 floors. One has the bottom and second floor and the other has only 2 floors, top floor and bottom garage. One model will always have some on top of your condo. Nice floor plan though. Not my cup of tea.
