That was funny how you were looking at the house on google earth 🌎 and saying you can see the house from your office, you can spy on the place with binoculars LOL!! 😋😋😋 I liked this home tour from your office it's the best way to do it. You don't have to run around town or deal with the heat and other bad weather or spend gas for the car. You should do more office tours like this it was fun. This guy is selling this home probably because he's broke or went house poor and cannot maintain the place most of these celebrities are all broke and poor and living beyond their means it's good that you're not doing that Chuck we'll catch you on the next one 🙂🙂🙂

After going on various ultra modern home tours here in Vegas I will say yes it looks like a 20 Mil home but I agree he wont get that I would guess 17-18. The fact its a new build helps a lot
