1️⃣ In a large shallow dish mix together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt
2️⃣ Soak 3/4" thick slices of challah for 2 mins 30 seconds per side (5 mins total)
3️⃣ Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat and cook French toast for 2-3 mins per side until golden brown
4️⃣ Serve with butter, maple syrup and berries and enjoy!
