साक्षीदृष्टा मतलब क्योंकि हमारे संकल्प नष्ट नहीं होते, हम दूसरों के पार्ट को दृष्टा बनकर देखने लगते हैं, हमारा परचिन्तन समाप्त होने लगता है, इसलिए हमारी संकल्प शक्ति बहुत बढ़ती है ।
इसीलिए 1 मास में होने वाला कार्य 1 घंटे में हो सकता है, सभी के ये चैलेंज है ।
जो भी भाई-बहन अपने जीवन में ज्ञान और योग के प्रयोग करना चाहते हैं वो इन दोनों बातों के प्रयोग करें । देह से निकलकर परमधाम जाना, परमधाम से वापिस आकर भ्रकुटी सिंहासन पर बैठ जाना ।
जिनको अच्छे प्रयोग करने हों वो रोज़ संसार को 5 बार साक्षी होकर देखें । 1-1 मिनट का ये अभ्यास है ।
पहले 1 मास का काम 10 दिन में होगा, फ़िर 5 दिन में होगा, फ़िर 1 दिन में होगा, फ़िर 1 घंटे में होने लगेगा । इसे चैलेंज के रूप में ले लें ।
इससे जीवन की सभी उलझनें समाप्त हो जाएँगी । पुरुषार्थ के लिए बहुत अच्छा समय मिल जाएगा ।
हमारी स्थिति हमारे हाँथ में रहे, उसका तरीका है - अपने अंदर अच्छे से अच्छे संकल्पों की रचना करना ।
जब भी बाबा से मिलने मधुबन में आना है तो उससे प्राप्तियों का आधार रहेगा - मन बुद्धि को स्थिर रखना और अपनी स्थिति के स्तर को ऊँचा उठा लेना ।
जितना हमारी स्थिति का level ऊँचा उठता जाता है उतना हममें ईश्वरीय वरदानों को समाने की शक्ति आती जाती है । हम अपनी दृष्टी बाबा के स्वरुप पर स्थिर करें तो बाबा की सम्पूर्ण शक्तियाँ हममें भरती जाएँगी ।
