Awesome video! Just replaced my UConnect screen on my 2017 challenger scat pack and it was the exact same process! I wanna mention that when you get the screen hooked up and fire it up for the first time you can do a soft reset after the first boot up. All you have to do is tap and hold the top right corner of the screen for about 10 seconds and it should rest to the settings you had instead of the factory setting. Hope that helps others that are doing this process!

Paid $229 on eBay for mine and it works perfectly so far

Heya, I just did this to my 2018 Challenger 392 T/A. Getting the dash trim off was a biatch, but the rest of it was pretty easy. I feel like there should be a class action against Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler because they KNOW it's a defective part. I took mine in to see if it was warranty covered (which it wasn't) and the repair tech that intakes the cars and set appointments yells over his shoulder to the rest of the customer team, "We got another delaminate!". THEY ALL KNOW it's a defective part. Anyway, they quoted me $1700. I laughed at them and drove off. I am going to drop off the old delaminated screen and give it to them and tell them I fixed it myself but since it's their crappy part they should have it. Anyway thanks for the video and hope you and yours are doing well.

FINALLY found someone with yes same car as mine. I've had this delaminating problem for almost 2 years now and been skeptical ordering the screen because I wasn't sure of the part or model number. Did you get the same screen as the one in the video? Same part number? Because I'm finally going to order one off ebay. Just wanna make sure I don't order the wrong part or model number

My 17 Scat Pack's screen is toast too. Can't even get my windshield to defrost in the morning, cuz even though theres seperate defrost buttons on the console, the screen randomly pushing its own buttons overrides the physical button. Its definitely a safety issue.

Did you have to reset the battery. My Uconnect came on but nothing worked.

Good morning, I have the same problem and was going to order the same screen you did but my 2018 challenger didn’t come with nav and it’s an r/t not a hellcat. I was wondering if in your opinion if this would be the right fit . I was told by some websites I have to have the exact same s/n but yours was a little different and it worked fine. I want a quality part and I think you said this part was an upgrade. Thanks for your time

I'm a pretty self savvy get it done female that has no money to get the screen fixed. The stupid ass guy who was driving it punched it thinking it was watching him!. Its a 2020 Challenger. Is it just a screen replace or is the navigation f$%ked up? Should I attempt? I don't want to break my nails though ....lol. Here goes nothing....they're only things. I will let u know. Thanks for the vid

As a female engineer 2020 challenger owner...yes sis...you can easily handle it.
