Those guys are doing a great job catching all these people who dont want to follow the rules. It's a dangerous job standing out there on that highway and I just want to say thank you to them for working so hard. Too many people who refuse to follow the law and especially the ones who are out there without a drivers license

I don't see the logic why the company should be penalized. MMDA/LTO should have a policy that when a public transportation such as MC taxi, Grab, Taxi is apprehended on Bus Way, driver should also be reported to their respective companies for internal DA. Perhaps mandate the company to furnish LTO a copy of the DA once decision has been made.

i agree, penalized the company so that they're forced to require their mc taxis to not use the busway. zero tolerance dapat, you get a busway ticket you're fired. also require mc taxis to pay a deposit that they forfeit if they're caught in the busway. dami kasing mc taxi violator ng busway.

Bus lanes have failed in most countries. They mostly stay empty whereas other traffic is crammed in a lane.

Buses are one of the many reasons. I'll give you an example, go to MRT GMA station northbound and look at those buses that will be going to fairview or sapang palay, they manage to congest the traffic flow because they're blocking 2-3 lanes and making it their terminal. Bus carousel is just organized that's why it's a lot faster.

Before the EDSA busway, buses were the major cause of heavy traffic and insanity. They stopped wherever they wished. They had these barkers and were honking endlessly. Chaotic. Glad that they’re gone.

Walang nagbabayad ng 5k kaya hindi nauubos ang mga pasaway. Tiket lang ang ibinibigay kaya habang panahon ang mga pasaway na yan. Ang ticket walang gastos. Ang dapat na batas kumpiskahin ang motor at ang kotse at ipatubos sa halagang 10k plus impound fees, I'm willing to bet in one month wala ng pasaway.😅😅😅

i do not agree that enforcers only apprehend the poor and elite. truly, what they are apprehending are the rich because these people have the ability to pay a hefty fine of 5k for misusing the bus lane. if they are poor, their common sense will dictate not to violate. if they are elite, they could easily comprehend the big sign board "Bus Lane Only" such that they overlooked the warning and disregard the context because they are willing to pay. therefore, these bus lane trespassers are truly pocket filled and do not mind paying regularly.

also the problem is not solving. everyday they are kamote driver are violating because it is passable and easy to go in the bus lane. why not create a way that no motorist will go in the buslane. this is the best way I think so that no motorist will commit violation. they can put barrier all the way not include intersection. and more signage and caution.

The Supreme Court suspension of non contact penalties is allowing this nonsense to continue. In every other country that uses it they have minimal problems…..but only in Philippines do our leaders think citizens operate on a goodwill basis and with due consideration for the law(despite decades of evidence to the contrary)

anywhere else they would have merged it all under a single legal authority with a single court system. Nowhere else on earth do we have cities defining traffic enforcement and acting like courts as well as being the recipient of the fines. Make it a single authority with responsibility for enforcing the traffic laws and I will 100% agree with 'no contact apprehension" make it 8 different websites I have to check to see if I have fines with and 8 different courts I have to answer to to pay a fine or argue a fine and nobody with common sense would ever agree with it. In a single day i was booked for 4 tickets for driving my car during coding... its a hybrid and thus legal to drive every day of the week. I had to go to 4 different city halls, pay for parking at 4 different city halls, waste 16 hours of my life simply to have each and every single ticket thrown out. NCA isn't bad the implementation was

Having a bus lane is much better than the one i grew up to wherein buses go in any lane and picking/dropping passengers wherever they want causing havoc in traffic. This bus lane proved that the public transport is not the cause of traffic but the abundance of private vehicles.

Until they make the penalty hurt enough, there will always be a lot of violators. If they want to stop so many violations, start impounding the violating motorcycles. Confiscationing driver's licenses and penalties seems only to encourage them to push the boundaries. Enjoy your videos, keep up the monitoring. Also good to see the mainstream media bring this problem to the general public. I spend a great deal of time in the Philippines, Quezon City, Fairview. Returning in August and am well aware of how bad traffic is due to all the blatant violations.

Government should impose stiff penalties or cancel the Authority to Operate of Motorcycle Riding App Companies if their Riders violate the Busway rules as a matter of non compliance with existing Laws and disregard for safety of their passengers/ passengers of the buses. In the same instance if Government is " really serious " about imposing Busway rules, they should include Administrative sanctions for Government Employees illegally using the Busway.

How many motorcycles, private vehicles, government vehicles and government personnel are being apprehended for the violation of the Bus Lane? Maybe a much higher penalty is deemed necessary. Maybe raise it by another 5,000.00. I'm also a motorist and a rider. But, only if you have a much higher penalty, maybe people will listen and discipline themselves.

Kahit gawin mong 50k yan walang mababawas na violators. Bakit ko nasabi? May narinig ka ba o nakita na may nagbayad na ng 5k? Tiket lang po na may halagang 5k na multa ang binibigay sa violators at yun ay babayaran pa nila pagkatapos na ng giyera natin sa China. At yun ay malamang maging libre na kapag binomba na tayo ng China dahil mauubos na ang lahi natin.😅😅😅

imo, attempting to escape or avoid apprehension should already be grounds for license revocation and impounding of vehicle. the driver puts other lives' and property in danger by doing so and that's criminal.

this government never see the problem why they are still motorist violating in the bus lane.hiniwalay nila ang buslane pero open naman sya at madaling daanan ng mga motorista. bakit kailang hintayin magkamali ang tao kung pwed naman pigilan at d makaraan sa buslane.lagi meron dumadaan dyan kahit tumaas na penalty. ibig sabihin hindi solustion ang pagdadag ng penalty kundi mismo ang infrastructure ng daan. dapat ayusin para hindi talaga madaanan ng mga motorista ang bus lane.

Why not implement and resume the use of CCTV, camera, etc. as this system is more efficient and effective to all. CCTV way as in recorded video cannot be denied and hard to dispute at the same time efficient. Not to mention that the authorities implementing this “bus way lane” policy may be doing something more productive and likewise, their safety aren’t being compromised. We do understand that there are still needs to be ironed out in the CCTV or camera system however how can you iron out something if you’re not using it and evaluate the pros and cons and then improve.

the only way to stop these fools is to impound their motor for a month for the first offense. 2nd offence 3 months, 3rd offense a year, 4th offense confiscations of motorcycle.

the MMDA SHOULD tow the "runaway" violators on the spot upon apprehension & double the penalty of the violation. Also why are there no chasers of over speeding violators, its like they just let them go.. And for those who will name drop or use their authority or government position, double the penalty. The higher the penalty, the more disciplined they'll be.
