Your voice is so easy to listen to and your presentations are clear and exactly what we need. No matter how many steps or prepping you have a beautiful way of really encouraging the viewers inspiring us getting our motivation going and next thing you know even first time cooks are tackling recipes that seemed too monumental like climbing mount everest and turning those recipes into a step by step easily and well demonstrated perfect video tutorials cooking with you step for step cruising right along and you make it fun 😀. My friends who are bad im sorry ladies you know i love you Jen Beth and Nikki but Rachel has turned you into great cooks ....as long as you do not try to put your own ....ingredients into an already perfect Rachel recipe...Beth added CARDAMOM TO YOUR BIRRIA RECIPE AND ROSEMARY FRESH ROSEMARY A TON OF IT RACHEL. sorry I told on you Elizabeth but this will help other first time cooks...Until you have become familiar with the art of cuisine from master chef Rachel.....do not jump from the nest to fly before you have any feathers...soon enough little hatchlings soon enough...and never ever ever use 1/2 a cup of fresh chopped sticks of Rosemary and never add a handful of whole cardamom seed pods...dear Lord ...lol,.my friend watched your video and thought she could stray from your instructions because shes a rebel ...she remade fhe recipe successfully thanks to you!

The salsa ! I was waiting for that. I am Puerto Rican but I love Mexican food and I love watching your channel. We make something like these chalupas in Puerto Rico and they are called Domplines and they are very similar to fry bread just like these chalupas and of course Domplines are fried and sometimes they are filled with beans.

I've enjoyed your videos for sometime. I love to cook Mexican food. I worked in a Mexican Restaurant for 12 years. My boss taught me how to cook all sorts of food. She was from New Mexico. Well, I became crippled in 95 so my cooking has dropped off. I suppose that's why I enjoy your videos. I am from a rural community in California. I live 9 miles from the Oregon border and 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean. I live next to one of the cleanest River in the USA. One of these days I am going to cook one of your recipes. When I watch you, I feel like I am in Laredo with my husbands mother teaching me how to cook. All the meals you cook, I am familiar with, because these are dishes my mother in law taught me.
