Champignon soep
Creamy mushroom soup
Recipe:
- 300-500g mushroom
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic glove
- 1 chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking cream
- Add potato starch to thicken to soup if you like the soup to be thicker

I made the same soup but with almond milk and water, and fresh thyme. It was delicious and took longer, about 35 minutes. The Philips Soup Maker is excellent.

Hello, is it a problem that this way you dont fry the onion and garlic? Would it be better to fry them first and them throw them in the soupmaker? Thank you have a nice day

If you put them in your soup maker with a little oil, close the lid and start cooking fine soup, it will brown up, but after 2-3 minutes you must stop the program, than put the rest in and start program again 😊

Thanks for your question I think its possible but it might not look very appetizing. Think of this device as a watercooker and blender in one. It might get the bottom burned, but you can always try putting an egg after you are done cooking.
