Just add a potato .. bout the size of a jacket potato with skin off .. make it creamy and smoother.

I have this soup maker .. it makes enough for 4 people .. unless you like a huge bowl of it then 3 .. but we have our soup with buttered bread. Our favourite soup at the moment is broccoli and stilton .. 1 onion, 1 celery stick, 1 leek, 1 medium potato, 750ml chicken or vegetable stock, 1 head of broccoli and about 140g stilton. I always frylight my soup maker .. put the heaviest items in first. Make sure the veg comes to the lower line inside then add liquid to half way between lower and upper line. If you put too little veg in it will be like water. If you are buying stilton you can actually freeze what you don't use for next time. Only put the stilton in at the end when the soup maker has stopped .. chop it all up and throw in .. give it a few seconds on blend (you hold the button down for how long you want to do this in case you don't know). I always put in potato as it thickens and makes any soup more creamy. Hope this helps x

I think 🧂 it’s the salt. Soup stock usually is made by boiling meat bones and having a rich dark color. Vegetable broth and vegetable “stock” must be the same thing because no bones are used. Maybe less salt in stock? since typically stock is used for a soup starter and you’d add in seasonings as you’d like.
