I created this Ganache recipe in 2017 and i didn’t change it because it is so perfect for covering and it taste so good :
375 grams cream
250 grams dark 55% chocolate or if you want it white you can use very high quality of white chocolate instead
1 kg candy melt or low white chocolate
Put everything together in microwave until everything is well combined... save in container untill you get a nutella texture then you can use it !!
