I have the comfort 1.5, few points: -Paint is great, post 2021 version improved greatly, on par with Japanese - Tyres are harder than Yaris but not a deal breaker for me. - DCT is fantastic - headlights on are okeyish - Drives like a low slung sporty sedan w better dynamics than Yaris - Space is ample for B segment I'll take this over ten year old Corolla any day

True, I have not faced any paint issue apart when the car came from the factory with a few scratches on delivery. About headlights, yes people who are used to blinding other people on roads will definitely feel less visibility.

I have heard from so many people that alsvin has engine knocking issue while shifting from R to D. And D to R. have you faced this issue? If yes whats the solution? @

That's True, I have Alsvin 1.5 and am a delighted user, but sometimes knocking hurts even if we using Hi-Octane fuel. but still, I recommend this Car, u will love the car once you buy and use it.

I'm getting around 15 with normal feul and 185/65/ r15 tyres. Maximum mujhy 17 sy above nahi mil saki on highways. But I'm facing cabin noise too. It's a harsh feeling sometimes 😞 Door plastic sy knocking hojati.

I have alsvin lumiere, I went Lahore to Islamabad with over 17km/lt on 110km cruise..... Paint quality is very poor... Rust on roof and bonets due to paint quality often.... I used 195 tyre that's why average low... Engine is good and build quality is impressive.... In that price its worth..... But how can we overcome paint issues???

I don't know if this would help, I got my car coated as soon as I got it. The coating locks the paint. I have model 2022

@@noumanmustafa7435 ceramic coating the general one. Although there are many coating options available now. I could recommend ppf but only get it installed from proper place or else it will destroy your paint work. The shine and protection from ceramic coating lasts for 2 years atleast

Grande is much better. No contest. It might not be most fuel efficient but it saves a lot of maintenance. The body parts are much cheaper.

If you want to show grande or civic to people go-ahead buying a used car at that price. Otherwise buy a new car with peace of mind. I have purcahsed two corollas 1.3x and 1.6gli. And I have put 3lacs extra to make them drivable. All used cars have parts expiry so I had failed generator & car heater 2 month after the purchase. So that's the added expense and lack of trust on the car.

For pros you mentioned engine quality, trunk space, body material, consumption = good, but sunroof, heated side mirrors, back up camera etc. are options not pros. 40K limit gearbox oil change; NOT WOTH BUYING THIS CAR!

he might not have enough knowledge about engines but let me tell you the engine used in alsvin has made a record of running continuously for 259 hours at a sustained speed of 5,500 rpm toyota and honda's engines have'nt made that kind of record you can google it if you don't believe me

It's been 14 years since I'm in China and I've never seen this car here. I have to say those cars which sell poorly in China, China sends them to Pakistan. Even The other Chinese cars which reach the Pakistani market are even more stripped down version of the base variant. Maybe this is our fault as well that we don't demand too much and go crazy on whatever we get new in the market. Till now I haven't seen any car which has sold well in China and it has been exported to Pakistan as well.

These cars are made in Pakistan. Plus, this brand is exploding in the Saudi Arabia and Dubai markets. In fact, China and Pakistan are planning to export such cars to other countries. Hence, don't spread misinformation.
