Thanks very much!! Working on generational stuff as best I can. In 4 months my adult daughter moved home from tearing her Achilles and needed surgery, my mom passed, dad was sick and hospitalized (he's good now!!)I needed knee replacement which was my 17th surgery and it was the most painful one yet. Today is actually the first day I feel I'm coming out on the other side and raising my vibration again. It was just really big things hitting me in a very short time. When you said anchor.. that's the heaviness I was going thru🙏🙌💓

I'm feeling it and noticing it in myself more than anything. I'm catching myself acting in ways that aren't historically how I would act, but in a good way. I'm noticing myself being patient, being humble, being strong in ways that are new to me. And they seem to be developing instinctively. Idk I'm 26 y/0 male and a late bloomer physically as a youth so maybe it's as simple as my frontal cortex developing, and my personality etc changing with it. I pray quite often and a large part of my prayers are for things within myself like wisdom, courage, humility, etc, so I really see it as God recognizing my genuine desire to grow and helping me out quite a bit. However I cannot deny that I'm also noticing people out there in the world surprising me with their own strong vibrations. I have felt something very good is coming for a while now, I do not for a second buy all this doom and gloom.
