Best to take each day as it comes when you have health issues. I was diagnosed with severe arthritis in my lower back 10 years ago in my early 40's. At it's worst, my wife had to help me dress. Fortunately, it's not been that bad in years.

If you build a porch ceiling to hide the truss tails it will also help hide the miscut bird-mouths on those rafters. Even though it's more time and more money, that may be the best option. Honestly you guys need to try to develop a more solid plan so that you don't always have to keep changing your minds halfway through each project. But I hope at least you realize that not everyone can build a house. You always say, "anyone can do it". But it definitely takes a special person, a lot of time, patience, knowledge, strength, and money. Not everyone can do it.

Here in ks. We just had high winds an hail and rain. It hailed so much at 1:30 early Sunday morning, it looked like snow, but it was quarter size an marble size. A tornado in Pryor Oklahoma. A lot of leaves blew all over my yard from the next door neighbors yard. The winds got up around 60 mile per hour if not higher. Be safe. You all might be getting some storms your way. Both of you need to take care of yourselves back problems can get worst. I was diagnosed in my 30s having osteoarthritis, arthritis, loss of bone density. I just turned 60 and some days I can't walk, barely get out of bed. I have neuropathy also. I sleep on ice. I freeze water in a hot water bag. Staying active helps just don't over due. Take time to really rest up. ❤❤

❤ Sounds like a plan. I think you need a extra hand with this bigger part of this build. That is a lot of zip board and it's heavy plus putting it up on the roof of the deck with the angle in the unpredictable winds. This is a bigger job than most people think for 2 people. BE SAFE AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES. TRY NOT TO HURT YOUR BACKS.

It's fine to keep the eaves and essentially later on cover it all over with material. That'll add extra cost to frame out another ceiling. If the eaves were cut off, the rafters themselves could be used to attach a ceiling to. Just something to keep in mind. Hope you get lots done today.

hi there, i have a question. isent the end templets going to be cut diffrent? i mean the left templet is cut whit a angel that is diffrent to the right templet. or i am wrong there? you cut the i think it was the left end templet in a i think it was 45 degree angel so should it not be that you cut the right end templet in a 45 degree in the other way around? i can be wrong but that is how my brain figure it out.

I hate to even mention it, but I feel I need to for your seek. When I was watching this video, I noticed it said you only had 14k subs. I know you've reached over 100k some months back. The other thing is I was watching a different channel this morning, and the guy said he has lost 1,000's of subs, and he tried contacting KZfaq multiple times but hasn't been able to get through. So I don't know if it is KZfaq doing something to channels or if KZfaq has been hacked that is causing channels to lose multiple subs. I hope that you can find out and it can be solved. My prayers are with you and our family.
