I see some folks don’t like what you did however I appreciate you showing me how to do it I have a T800 Kenworth 07 and I am not mechanically inclined however you made it easy thank you for showing me how I appreciate you and stay safe on the road you gave me enough encouragement that I can do it myself thanks again. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

did you have a lot of play in steering wheel? is that the reason why you changed gear
@natcoziay3 жыл бұрын
No...it was leaking oil that's why I changed it.

By the chance do you have the part numbers on that steering gear box?
@natcoziay Жыл бұрын
I do not, but if you have a used one on your truck the part number is on it. It is usually covered up by road grime and you will have to clean it off to see the numbers. The numbers are recessed and stamped on so you will need to wipe it pretty good to see the numbers. You may not think the numbers are there but they are. You have to look very close

What kind of cascadia is it I want to put the air ride up front if u can help me out
@natcoziay2 жыл бұрын
It's a Coronado. But if you want the air ride, I can tell you that I don't like the air ride. I think springs handle better. Air ride is cool but it does not handle well in my opinion on a semi truck. If you can keep your springs and add the air ride for support, I would suggest that. Check out a company called Donvel for the air ride. Their website is donvel.com

You didn't even show how to change it. How to bleeding system, etc. 🤷🏿♂️

If you were there to hold the camera while I changed it then we could have filmed it. Otherwise, be appreciative of what you did get to see. Or go to a mechanic and have them rip you off for such a simple job. #neversatisfied!!

This video was a waste of time. You didn't show the tools/sizes of sockets or wrenches. No torque specs, nothing. This video skipped all the important parts of the process, actually changing the gearbox. (As your title falsely describes). If I could unwatch this, I would.
