Please take all the time you need Redkite! Real life should always take priority over DCS and KZfaq when it's impacting you in these ways. While we always look forward to seeing a new video popup, none of us want it badly enough that it negatively impacts your mental health or well-being! Take care of yourself and take as much time as you need. We will all still be here! Get well soon! 🥃

The only suggestion I have, RedKite, is to take your time and do your best to fufill commitments as a priority - if only to get them off your mind. After that, focus on what interests you first - burnout stifles content creation badly. Don’t forget also that “perfect” is the enemy of “good”. I promise you that your content will be worthwhile as long as effort is put forth - but don’t get caught up trying to make everything absolutely perfect.
@RedKiteRender

I feel that! I wish software time savers were affordable and not all trapped behind predatory subscriptions. Often i look at things I'm doing manually vs, the power that is on offer for effects/conveniences provided by more recent programs.

Firstly as everyone else is saying there's no rush or pressure on content, or at least there shouldn't be, and you should go at the pace that works best for you. Second though, I'd watch your Raven One stuff literally as an unedited direct upload because I enjoy how you do it, and given I make them myself I certainly don't mind mistakes. I do love the 'full finished product' you put out for it, and they are amazing, but even unedited I feel you're already like 75-80% of the way there? They'd still be fantastic. Oh and lastly, I still use your stick/flight hardware reviews as gospel. I'm getting closer to pulling the trigger on an upgrade (but not there yet), but I have actually used it to help guide the decisions of others several times at this point, and I genuinely use your input as one of the core methods to inform my opinions on it, since we seem to share a lot of values as to what's important in the hardware and also seem to share some of the less tangible opinions when it comes to 'feel'. Plus I find you to be as objective and fair as possible with them, I'm a big fan of that segment of your content.

@@RedKiteRender I literally just ordered that Moza AB9 base, could go without the stick since I still have the TMWH one and it finally gets some use then :) Was 600€ + ~50 for shipping, more affordable than both VPForce Rhino and Brunner CLS-E, delivery expected in 4-6 weeks. After having heard basically nothing but praise for their wheels, I just had to do it :) I just need to get some extension stuff like a gooseneck, I guess, since I would want to place the thing on the floor ideally. I've been playing BB for probably a month straight when it came out, got a Steam Deck as well, but decided to play it on my PC, with the Quest 3 and Virtual Desktop, so I basically use a virtual 100-120 inch screen for it - and I actually only tried to fly it with stick and throttle once... immediately switched back to that "War Thunder" control mode, which works just fine for it :)

Regarding the health issues - a shot in the dark maybe but, I think is worth it. Are they metabolic related by any chance? Like... veganism or western diet stuff? If so consider search into the opposite way - like carnivore. I know it could sound off and maybe intrusive but given the stakes... I think is worth it even as a shot in the dark.
