I’m not a fan of this administration but affordable housing is very necessary for all Nigerians, especially in Lagos, this is a good move & we need more of these. However when you building housing complexes like this, it is important to add green areas & communal areas that will allow people to not be trapped in these blocks all day. Studies have been conducted & it’s proven that people living in these blocks tend to be more depressed because they have no nearby places to enjoy outdoor life. I don’t know what the master plan contains but if it does not have a good urban plan strategy, it may still need work for future affordable housing developments, nonetheless, this is a good move by the Lagos government.

Commissioning housing scheme, abi?? When will that governor commission an upgraded drainage system in Lagos??

The buildings looks substandard snd the plans outdated. Go and see what Benin Republic is built, you will notice the difference in quakity. In Benin, thry don't joke with good quality
