I must disagree with the next election to hold without dealing with the last one. There must be justice, and some people should be brought to the books. We need to start doing this before we can move forward. We can never allow a known drug lord to be president of Nigeria. Not even for one day. Once he steps his foot into power, we are finished. Inec have been bought. Alot of security agents bought too BVAS were shut out to upload to server. Server was down hence forcing collation to revert to manual. It is totally unacceptable, He demand the original collation from the PU to be uploaded or the results be declared void and null.

Elections are easiest to conduct using BIVAS. This makes it possible for result to be uploaded from the polling unit directly to INEC portal to be viewed by anyone and everyone realtime. This is why they collected billions of naira. INEC IT team should have tested and run a dummy process in selected places before the election day. This is an exercise that doesn't allow for failure of any sort. There must also be backup for everything you use. Also, The INEC website should be open to everyone with real time view as they upload from the polling centre. You don't have to register on INEC site to view result.

As a lawyer, I respect they learned SAN, but I disagree with some of his views. We pretend alot in this country. How can you pretend to be advising INEC, when it should be clear to you that INEC chairman deliberately rigged this election for Tinubu? Why hasnt anybody asked INEC chairman why BVAS worked in Ekiti, Oshun and Anambra but failed to work in the most crucial election? The SAN talked of "isolated pockets of violence".Really? So the open robbery that took place in almost all the states of the federation, supervised by the Governors, is isolated pockets of violence? Please let nobody play on our inteligence. We are fools.

I believe all parties have their agents at the polling centres and ward so let these party agents send their results to their superiors so that they can contrast and compare with the official INEC results.

Fraudulent breach of the electoral act must not be allowed to stand. Justice must not only be done but must be seen as been done. Where BVAS was not used in accrediting voters and transmitting of result at the polling unit, such results must be cancelled to deter others from committing such act.
