No one is taking anyone for granted; go back to where and how this issue started WIKE played a card he felt will favour him but failed in the end. He forced Secondus as party chairman on PDP; when he heard that the next Presidency must go to the south, he forced Secondus to resign in other for someone from Northern Nigeria to emerge as party chairman which led to the Ayu emergence. Did you even know that WIKE was the one who keep taking Secondus to court till the man resigned. A reasonable person should know by the forceful act of Wike saying AYU must go before election that WIKE wants that Power by force but the card he played didn't go well in the end. When a man is full of himself and think he has power to take things with force that's how it end up for dem. WIKE might be a good governor in Rivers but he's a snitch and a power drunk Politician.

There's nothing like arrogance in PDP Wike is the arrogant one; If you follow PDP's issue from day one you will understand. Former PDP chairman Uche Secondus was brought by WIKE, Wike fought so hard in the party and make sure he was installed. Same thing he did During AYU's Tenure hoping that AYU will give him the Presidential Ticket but in the end Atiku won. Wike has shown he's only Power drunk and not a true Party man. Don't listen to one side of a story listen to both sides. Wike Should have been in talk with Atiku about the South Presidential Ticket but instead he feel he's strong and he can win ATIKU at the ballot he failed now he's barking all around. LESSONS FROM THIS CRISIS: Northerners should learn to sell southern aspirants like Wike and Peter Obi to their Northern people. It is wrong for the likes of Atiku and Kwankwanso to create the impression that no core northerners of a Muslim faith will want to vote a Christian southerners. The way southern leaders are selling northern presidential candidate to the Southern people when it is their turn to rule they too do the same. If the Pdp had allowed fair play and justice to take place in the period leading to the last election. I am sure a better atmosphere that will help to unite the pdp would have gained ground. All these Wike putting one leg in pdp and one leg in Apc would not have arisen. Let pdp party leaders learn from this bitter experience that has put their party in chain.

Wike: "If Obi was the best candidate, Nigerians would have voted for him". I monitored the presidential elections from RIvers State and I can affirm that around 90% of the votes (if not more) went to Peter Obi. APC was polling 1 or 2 votes in polling units of around +200 people while PDP was scoring zero - labour party took everything. To find people who voted for Tinubu in RIvers State is like trying to find a needle in a haystack - you won't find them because no one voted for the APC. Wike used thugs and the INEC to change votes and declare Tinubu winner. This in itself was a coup.

Listening to Wike, never a fan but I'd not place a blame on the decision he made to kick PDP to the corner.
