Max you have to practice and learn how to take a piece of bread and then dip it in the curry and roll your fingers around it and then take it your mouth. Your fingers should not touch the curry.

In Pathan families, when we don't cook at home, usually we bring chapali kabab 🤩🤩 P S I am watching it late night, coz at day time we are with fast. It's a month of Holy Ramadan. May ALLAH bless all of us with peace & lot of happiness

Max your Urdu is improving day by day...the pronunciation of mango 🥭 and common in Urdu is same that is " aam". The biscuits you ate with tea are called " naan khatai"... Regards from Pakistan.

Max and Chris I love to watch your videos and I can tell you they use lamb mince or sheep mince and chicken mince Pakistan do not use ham or pig meat.. That biscuit is called a Qulcha. You’re supposed to break into the tea complete, add sugar, and then eat out with a spoon. Breakfast in Muzaffarabad Whenever my parents come back to the U.K. they always bring a load of those in a suitcase and keep for themselves and distribute to other U.K. Kashmiris who miss the taste of home. You’ll find the cuisine less spicy than Pakistan, and make sure you try the Yakhni (meat or chicken). Ask the locals who makes the Yakhni. And make sure you try the Bakurkhani for breakfast, it’s like super thin naan almost but with loads of layers. Amazing with tea for breakfast. Oh and how can I forget? Ask the locals for the pink Kashmiri chai!!

@@TheDigitalGuru430 I’m sure he was dipping a Qulcha into his tea. That’s how I’ve always known them. That’s what my parents eat. In Kashmir, the Qulcha remains in the tea. In Muzaffarabad, we break the Qulcha into the tea entirely and eat out with a spoon. Mind you, that’s up in the villages.
