I didn't realise you had read the first one. It's very odd to hear that people have been passing it on to people who don't know me at all, or how much their kids (totally unknown to me) love it. Writing a novel is much harder than your memoirs.

Lots of things amuse me. It helps make life much more fun.

It's not so bad really. I was lucky to get into the drug trial in the first place, and getting the unfunded drug treatment afterwards is a free bonus. I don't really have anything to complain about. Plenty of other people in my boat aren't as lucky as I have been.
