I've had cow foot, they actually add it to a main soup dish in my home country. Normally you cut the foot itself into chunks with the cartilage and bone in it and boil it, then you can cook it in the soup as some additional protein, it's really good if you know what you're doing and use the right seasonings and ingredients

I have had it too; my Ghanaian friends would often eat it when they invited me to their homes. It is very tasty in soup and with fufu.
