I need a machine extruder and make tons of briquettes. We need both briquettes and biogas for our heating and cooking needs. If you don't have a natural gas generator, then you can power your gasoline generator with syngas, via dry agricultural waste.

Why in this world are we not all doing this?? This is the way we should be cooking! I want the cooking system! The knowledge of how to make the Charcoal and the extra income or just personal use is great!!!

I am interested in the manual charcoal extruder seen in your video. It resembles my grandmother's meat grinder. Is this extruder available in Europe/Germany? Where may I otherwise find it. I would like to try my hand at making bio char briketts.

I feel like a more efficient method would be to lose the holes in the drum, keep the chimney and heat the drum from the outside, you wouldn't lose biomass to ash that way

Charcoal from rural agricultural wastes ought to be buried in the ground too; as a step towards stopping global warming by "locking" carbon in the soil. This would also make soils more fertile & improve their moisture retention capacity. Similar portable Cookers known as "Ickmic Cookers" were used by my Grandparents sometime in the 1940's; a remnant has survived as a memento from the past. Ickmic Cookers were of course coal fired.

Loved the cooking sistem. But didn't like the charcoal produktion. Becorse there is a lot of waste energy in the produktion. If you burn wood/waste the right way the end product will be charcoal so people cook a free meal 🤔
